Report reaching the OsunReporters News has it that some armed bandits have kidnapped five officials of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Zamfara State.
According to the rept, the APC executives, from Kaura Namoda South, were abducted while traveling to Talata Mafara on Saturday, March 1, 2025.
Among those abducted are the Chairman of Dan Isah Ward, Yahaya Sani Dogon Kade, and the Chairman of Sakajiki Ward, Bello Dealer.
Security analyst, Zagazola Makama, revealed that the APC officials were on their way to the residence of Senator Abdulaziz Abubakar Yari when their convoy was ambushed by bandits, who took five members hostage.
At the time of filing this report, efforts were ongoing by the security agencies to free the abductees from the captive.
