
Digital solutions company, Globacom, has opened a new Gloworld retail outlet in Maiduguri, further expanding its presence in the northeast region.
The new facility is designed to provide customers with a seamless and efficient experience. It is also equipped with the latest technology for fast services and customer complaints resolution.
Globacom’s Regional Sales Coordinator for North East, Globacom, Mr. Augustine Mamuro, stated that the opening of the outlet aligns with the company’s goal of enhancing customer convenience and experience.
He added that it is also part of the company’s strategy to bring its services closer to the people, providing more platforms for customers to access its products and services.
Mamuro said, “Our approach to customer service is one that is underpinned by innovation and total inclusiveness. This is why we are consistently seeking innovative channels to make available our array of services to them”.
He said the new centre is manned by well-trained and customer-friendly staff, offering a range of services including SIM replacement and registration, recovery of over-scratched cards, refill, unblocking of phones, and laptop configurations for internet. Customers can also purchase affordable devices, smartphones, and accessories.
Special guest at the event, the Deputy Governor of Borno State, Alhaji Umar Umar Kadafur, commended Globacom for its thoughtfulness in opening a new Gloworld in the state and bringing its products and services closer to the people of the state.
