He revealed that despite his brother’s significant position as the leader of the state, Ayo Fayose failed to give adequate attention to the welfare and well-being of his own family. Isaac expressed disappointment over this neglect, emphasizing that even with the influence and responsibilities associated with the governorship, family interests were not prioritized, leaving them feeling overlooked during his tenure as governor.
In his words, “You were a governor for eight years; you didn’t empower me, you didn’t award any contract to me; I fought on my own; I am a billionaire; you now want to put me in your pocket; have you forgotten that if I hadn’t hustled to be the man that I am now, I would have probably been your driver?”
