Iconic Lagos Council Legislator and Deputy Leader Of Lagos Island Local Government Legislative Arm, Hon. *TAIWO OYEKAN* has hosted the Ojuworo Community Day 2025 on Sunday 12 January, 2025 amid glamour.
The Sociocultural event was the third in its series.
The venue, Ojuworo Square, Isale-Eko was agog. Residents, Community Leaders, Community Development Associations Members and Guests across Isale-Eko, Olowogbowo and Okoo Faji were treated to a First-Class reception and Live Musical Performance.
In his Goodwill message, Hon. Oyekan stated that the Annual Community Day celebration was organised to preserve and foster Lagos Island Cultural Heritage.
Continuing, He said: "I reaffirm my commitment to Grassroot Development and Social Inclusion. It is germane to protect
our culture and tradition in the face of global challenge".
The RECORD-BREAKER Legislator hinted that the next edition of the Ojuworo Community Day celebration would feature Traditional Games and other side
attractions.
