The Honourable Minister of Arts, Culture, Tourism, and Creative Economy, Hannatu Musa Musawa, Esq., welcomed Dr. Abisoye Fagade, the newly appointed Director General of the National Institute for Hospitality and Tourism (NIHOTOUR), to her office in Abuja.
