OPCCIMA URGES GOVT TO DO MORE ON POLICY IMPLEMENTATION

 The Ogun State Chambers of commerce Industry Mines and Agriculture has birthed a new community based arm of the non governmental organisation called OPPCIMA.

The Ota Parapo Chambers Of Commerce Industry Mines and Agriculture (OPCCIMA) which is set to be officially inaugurated on 12th September 2024 has come with some economic bangers to assist the government make governance easier and the citizenry enjoy more of their policies directed at growing the state and national economy.
 The official Inauguration with the theme : Enhancing Business Sustainability In a Turbulence Environment is poised to Showcase refined solutions that can address economic deficiencies in our nation.


The president of the chamber, Dr Kayode Bowale,FCA at the press conference stated key efforts of the government to bolster economic growth is to do more in areas of policy implementations, added such are the fundamental purpose of governance,whichever policy enacted without critical mechanism to ensure its implemented to the latter would not yield desired results to the populace.
 
He emphasised the need for transparency and collaborations as another crucial factor the OPPCIMA establishment was geared to achieve for members and community at large. 
 
As a community based Organisation,we are available to make business transactions from different fields of endeavours that covers Industries ,Mines and Agriculture be more relevant to modern business and quality practices obtainable globally in such a way that prepare our members for global competitiveness as a culture of our operations.
 
In achieving all these, our partnership with institutions,research centers and governmental agencies would be our focus in order to promote innovations to doing business in our country.
Dr Bowale therefore urge stakeholders, members and any interested entrepreneur to embrace cooperation among themselves as a means to achieve world class city chamber dedicated to furthering the interests of members and serving business community for greater and desired prosperity. 
 
He also promised the operations of OPPCIMA in the state would join efforts of the government to deliver quality education needed for citizenry to access benefits of governmental provisions for business growth that increase commercial activities and prosperity of the State.
 He concluded.
