The Ogun State Traffic Agency,Traffic Compliance and Enforcement Agency (TRACE) had been on a Corporate Social Responsibility moves again in the recent time, minding the road management assignment at their disposal, they usually took it upon themselve to join other good citizens and stakeholders to ensure free flow of traffic in the gateway state road network.
 
Amedgashak Nig Ltd has joined the retinue of companies which have supported the Ogun State Traffic Compliance and Enforcement Agency, TRACE with provision of palliatives to feel the failed portions of Iyana-Ilogbo Bus Stop on Lagos-Abeokuta Expressway to enhance free passage of motorists and economic activities.

The gesture of the company, as part of its social responsibility, according to the company's management was to support government and Ogun State Traffic Compliance and Enforcement Agency (TRACE) in its bid to ensure roads are safe and motorable for the users.

TRACE Ijako Unit Commander, Cdr Ariyo Aduroja, who received the palliative materials and supervised feeling of the failed portions, on behalf of the TRACE Area Commander, Ogun West, Cdr Ajibade Adekunle, appreciated Amedgashak Nig Ltd for its quick response to the TRACE Commander's call for companies to use their CSR and assist the government. 

She added that their good gesture  would continue to guarantee the safety along the ever-busy highway.

The Unit Commander also lauded the TRACE Commander/CEO for considering the safety of all road users as paramount to the agency despite all odds.

According to Commander Aduroja, Cdr Ogunyemi, has mandated all Commands with their attached personnel to meet corporate organizations and other relevant stakeholders to support government in providing palliatives to the damage portions of roads within their jurisdictions, saying government alone cannot do it all.

In line with this mandate, Cdr Aduroja said all the Commands that fell under Area 4 Command have been doing their best in meeting companies' authorities, advocacy for safety and training drivers to enhance safety on the roads.

She reiterated TRACE stand to always have zero tolerance for route violation, popularly known as 'one Way', excess speed, wrongful overtaking and assaulting personnel while on duty. Adding that the agency would not hesitate to prosecute motorists flouting traffic rules and regulations.

The Unit Commander also said TRACE would continue to embark on safety advocacies on schools, markets, religious homes and engage in training pupils about Road Safety tips that could further prevent road traffic crashes in the society
