The managing director and CEO of Adron homes and properties, Aare Dr Adetola Emmanuel-King has come again in his usual benevolence to some members of media that graced their first quarter media parley held on Sunday 21st April 2024 at the excuisite event centre Ikeja Lagos.

 The event which was organized at the instances of property company management in displaying it's familiarization and association as the leading homes and real estate manager in Nigeria. The meeting target brainstorming the new media roles with the aims of championing new course between media organisations and the real estate medium.

 The unexpected land and cash gifts emerged to become talk of the town and total bewilderment for the crowd of attendees at the event. From what seems like a joke,some contestants were selected to dance to assorted musical rhythms in a flakes of fun but it resulted in the winners chosen as couple ( Male and Female) with their first runner up were to offered their gifts of packs of souvenirs.

It was at this point the Game changer in the real estate industry, Aare Emmanuel-King relatedly step up to the podiums outside the drawn Programme of event to announced the unexpected gifts of plots of lands in choiced estate to their residential locations and N250,000 cash gifts each, while the first runner up and  Adron nicknamed Couple were offered Half plots of land with a cash gifts of N100,000 each as reward to their exemplary displays of dance steps. 

This magnanimity from Adron CEO came as a surprise and excitement to many attendees as rewards for such little activities like dancing could attract values of plots of land and cash gifts. However, it resonated that the last Adron media parley organized by 2023, a media personality was rewarded with an exotic car gift and several other cash and materials gifts to other media houses in support of their contributions towards achieved success.
