FRSC: Ota Command Decorates Newly Promoted Officers, Marshals

Ota Unit Command of Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), on Friday, March 8, decorated its newly promoted officers and men with their new ranks.
The decorated personnel includes four officers and five marshals. They are the beneficiaries of 2023 FRSC promotions exercise.
The remarkable event took place at the Command’s Public Enlightenment Hall with the attendance of Ota Area Commander, Deputy Corps Commander Olayinka Akande, family, friends and well-wishers of the promoted personnel.
Among the newly promoted and decorated officers were Route Commander (RC) AA Lawal who was promoted to the rank of Senior Route Commander (SRC), ES Agbodu for DRC to RC; DRC IE Akowe to RC; ARC BN Dasofunjo to DRC; ACI AS Abdullahi to DCI, PMI S Kolawole to ACI; MI-III D Shaibu – MI-III; DCRMA PP Adigizi to CRM and RMA II A Garba to RMA I.
While decorating the officers and men, the Unit Commander, Deputy Corps Commander Akeem Ganiyu, advised them to imbibe selflessness and dedication in the discharge of their responsibilities.
According to him, it is through God’s faithfulness and kindness that nine staff of the command received promotions at a stretch, urging them to always remember those who are yet to be promoted in prayers.
The DCC Ganiyu admonished the newly promoted officers to justify their elevation through increase in their productivity level and better performance.
He pledged more commitment and dedication to all assignments giving to them.
