As part of efforts towards deepening community policing and intelligence sharing in Lagos State, Rapid Response Squad (RRS), led by its Commander, CSP Olayinka Egbeyemi today visited Lagos State Neighbourhood Safety Agency (LNSA).
CSP Egbeyemi, who was received by LNSA’s General Manager, Prince Ifalade Oyekan, called for a partnership between the two agencies towards combating traffic robbery, cultism and other community based crime as well as speedy intelligence sharing to prevent crime.
While expressing RRS preparedness to collaborate with agencies with a view to reducing crime in the state, Egbeyemi offered to render a periodic pep talk to LNSC personnel to adequately expose them to practical crime fighting in the metropolis.
Prince Ifalade Oyekan while expressing LNSA’s appreciation for the visit assured of their readiness to attune strategies toward clamping down on crime in the state.
Oyekan stressed that the spread of RRS and LNSA personnel across the metropolis is a good advantage that can help facilitate good crime fighting approach in the State.
