It was indeed a display of commendable conducts of professionalism on Thursday 30th August 2023 in one of the leading financial service provider,United Bank for Africa, (UBA) Sango Ota branch precisely, at where staffs of said branch of the bank saved a drunken customer from losing cash withdrawn from the counter. The said customer was witnessed conversing loudly within the hall,a prompt that hedges his quick attention for withdrawal. As soon as he got his cash, said customer immediately poses sharing of money to some staff,an attempt they swiftly turned down without hesitation as the man begin hurling cash at them on their seats where they were dutifully attending to other customers, all moves to stop him proved abortive.
Minding their modern scales of trainings,However, a staff immediately picked all cashes for redeposit into his (customer) account so as to save him from losing his hard earned savings which but for the alcoholic intake prompted his misdemeanors within the banking hall.
Customers present were seen applauding the act as they witnessed the professionalism and swift steps taken to salvage the disturbing attitudes and prevention of losing money by the drunken customer.
Instances like this most often led to customers reverting back to bank staff or branch with accusations of short-changing their withdrawals while not disclosing their own carefree attitudes towards handling cash and other personal information to third parties that may defrauded them.
