The former lawmaker said, While other Nigerian Governors were sleeping on mattresses of comfort from federal government monthly allocations, Lagos state government were denied same under Former president Olusegun Aremu Okikiola Obasanjo,GCFR, for mere sins that Bola Tinubu created local community development areas (LCDA's) to foster uniform development for Lagos state communities,the single act of development was against the personal interest of the then President Obasanjo (don't think it's in nation's interest) and Lagos state monthly allocations was blocked by federal government of Obasanjo.

 

Senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu as Lagos governor then adopted an eye of Eagles to scout for experts,resourceful personnels and technocrats that moved the state from internal generated revenue  (IGR) income of 600 million Naira to over 7billions within short period due to his economic prowess of converting challenges to opportunities. 

 

Senator Bola Tinubu adopt frontiers to balance trade and subdue pains of lack of monthly allocations,long term bilateral Business cultures that shapen monumental growth patterns that provokes undeniable foreign Investments, productive partnerships that colours economic developments in Lagos via series of governorship actions that had taken place hitherto.
