Former Governor Ayodele Fayose of Ekiti State has disappointed all those waiting and expecting him to say negative things about the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu to show that he doesn’t support him.
The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) chieftain, confessed that he holds Tinubu in high regard despite party differences.
He said; “If people are expecting me to abuse Tinubu to show that I am not supporting him, I will not do that.”
“Even with the low level of President Muhammadu Buhari’s government, I have not seen one single northerner that has come out to insult or attack the president one day.”
“I have not seen a northerner that has come out to insult Atiku but here, to achieve our goals, I must come out to insult Tinubu, I will not do that”.
Fayose, made the revelation on Thursday, November 17th, 2022 during a program on Channels TV.
