The Lagos All Progressive Congress family in Alimosho local government under the leadership of Lagos former deputy governor and current SA to the president on Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) projects in Nigeria, Her Excellency, Hon.Dr Adejoke Orelope-Adefulire through her grassroot movement 'Asiwaju Solidarity Movement' (ASM) on Sunday 30th October 2022, Organised a prayer sessions for successful political victories of their political office seekers, the candidates ranges from the presidential, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Babajide Olushola Sanwo-Olu for Lagos and other senatorial and federal house of representative candidates running for 2023 elective positions.

 

 According to the Convener, Dr Adejoke Orelope,the prayer as Organised is to seek Godly intervention and successful polls for all Lagos politicians including candidates under Alimosho local government areas coming 2023 Election year.

Honorable, Pastor Bolatito Oladega-Balogun the first Lady-Councillor in Alimosho local government,also the Iyaloja- general of same local government was the Chairperson of the prayers occassion.

 At the event,hon.Bolatito added her voice in prayers for God's intervention in victory for all party candidates come 2023 elections as Alimosho local government plays critical roles in Lagos politics and should therefore cannot afford playdown in forthcoming elections.

While giving Goodwill messages, Honorables Abu and Amodu Ejalonibu stated the local government party faithfuls needed to work harder in order to amassed 4 million votes as politically calculated,thus the need to physically, spiritually awake to achieved their target for the successful election victory come next election.

"Mother's Prayer For The Nation'' is the theme for the event where both Christians and Muslims clerics of Pastor Akin Olugbade, (Celestial Church Of Christ) Pastor Tunde Ogunniyi of CAC, Power of God Saves ministry, Imam Mudathir Abdul Kareem were in attendant for day's Prayers justice dispension. 

Several Royal father's from different communities, senior security officers and political stakeholders within the Alimosho local government were also invited to graced the spiritual assignment before the next general election come 2023.
