Hon.Tunji Akinosi Not Beaten At Firdau Event ....see real story

Against what people believed to have been the real state of fake reported turn out of event at the Akeran's mother fridau ceremony, it's pertinent to clear the air on alleged case of Honorable Tunji Alimoso assault as published by an online media

…….Read What Actually Transpired
A viral social media media report that the Ogun State Commissioner for Forestry, Hon. Tunji Akinosi was beaten at the 8-day Fidau of the mother of the Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ado-Odo/Ota Local Government in the state, Hon. Akeran in Igbesa, has been discovered to be fake.
Investigations revealed that a fight ensued between a boy of the commissioner and the boys of  the Chairman of Ado-Odo/Ota Local Government, Hon. Sheriff Adewale Musa at the event when the latter went to greet the commissioner.
“What happened was that Bagudu, one of Tunji Akinosi’s boys, had attacked Hon. Sheriff Musa, who had gone to exchange pleasantries with Commissioner Akinosi where he was seated.
“Either knowingly or unknowingly, Badugu who is a well known ‘boy’ of Akinosi, pushed the LG chairman away from Akinosi.
“This infuriated some of the boys that accompanied Sheriff Musa and Bagudu was challenged by an equally strong boy known as Nureni who is from Ota.
“Bagudu felt nobody could challenge him in his base in Igbesa and an argument ensued.
“Thereafter, a fight broke out, Tunji Akinosi stood up and went into the middle of the boys to separate the warring parties.
“In the process, Akinosi’s clothes was torn, but he eventually got the boys separated,” said a source, who was at the event.
Later that day, fake news spread like wild fire that the powerful commissioner was beaten and his clothes torn, and according to sources close to the commissioner, “the story was concocted by enemies of progress, who wanted to cause confusion in the gateway state.”
