The studios of Nigeria’s first full HD television, Hi-Impact TV, caught fire around 8 a.m, Thursday, August 12th, 2021.

authoritative reports gathered Reveals that the staff of the TV station, as well as the staff of Nigeria’s largest amusement park, Hi-Impact Planet Amusement Park & Resort, rose to the occasion. Men from Ogun State and the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) fire services, also joined to be able to put out the fire

In a statement titled, ‘Hi-Impact TV Studio on Fire’, Adeyeloye Lipede, the Managing Director of Solution Media & Infotech, the mother company of the television station, said the cause of the fire outbreak was yet to be known.

The terrible tragedy resulted in no deaths, and the Amusement Park & Resort is still standing.

The television station is a subsidiary of Solution Media & Infotech and is based at Hi-Impact Planet Amusement Park & Resort in Ibafo, Ogun State.

Normal summer activities at the Park are expected to resume on Thursday, August 19th, 2021.
