The president of Dangote groups of companies,Alhaji Akiko Dangote is set to be proud of highest numbers of employees in Nigeria after the federal government. This projection would be made possible immediately the much awaited Lagos Refinery and petrochemicals commence operation fully by year 2023.
Though presently boasts of over 34,000 secured employees as at 2021 however, the full operation of his Lagos Refinery would blows the figure to over 100,000 real workers (Not ghost workers) as some proud politician was once accused.

The rich but humble gentleman in his person right from cradle has developed an elastic penchant for business as he declared from his mouth that ; 'he usually bought and sell sweets spread across trays while he was still tender just to display his love and interest to make money' an attitude fond of astute business owner.
In another vein, The business mogul told shareholders at the company’s 11th Annual General Meeting in Lagos that more jobs would be created as the company intensifies export of clinker to other neighbouring countries from Nigeria.
President of Dangote Group, Aliko Dangote, has said that despite the challenging economic situation in 2019, Dangote Cement was able to sustain 54,000 jobs in four African countries, where the company has its operations. The countries are Nigeria, Ethiopia, Senegal, and South Africa.

While many displayed disappointment and queries if he had ever contested or stolen government funds as is common to modern politicians, Wisdom behoves those who cares to know that He seem to have a way of supporting any government in power, both at the state and federal level.
This has given him a lot of monopoly in the business environment. Do u know the assurances of patronage and market monopoly he has gotten from the Nigerian government, before he proceeded with building an oil refinery in Lagos? His success story has been greatly helped by the powers that be in Nigeria but he seems a humble man by nature.
Testimonies from economists of modern days described Alhaji Akiko Dangote as an inspiration worthy to emulate due to What he's built over the years which takes discipline, grits, guts, determination, efficient resource management and large visionary appetite to accomplish. His success story that inspires!
How do we say more about a man whom it's difficult to predict his next moves of investment actions globally, One European club his interest to purchase and run has been the prestigious Arsenal football club, it took his intervention recently to fix once dilapidated MKO Abiola stadium to modern status as we have it now. He also has been an ardent supporter of numerous developmental projects that cut across Education,Manufacturing , Researching etc around Nigeria and the globe via his Dangote foundation hitherto.
