...Gives Out Bus, Cars, N2 Million To Journalists
Hundreds of people, including serving Journalists
from different medium, yesterday, Sunday - January 14, 2020, benefited
from the humanitarian and empowerment services rendered to the society
by the leader of Inri Evangelical Spiritual Church, Primate Babatunde
Elijah Ayodele.
The gesture was part of the activities, according to the man of God to celebrate his annual thanksgiving.
Two our of the Journalists smiled home with brand new cars while 10 others received cash, total amounted to over over N2million.
The recipient of the cars include Me Folorunsho Hamzat, and Mr Lukmon Akintola
The man of God also donated a brand new Toyota Trivia Bus to NTA channel 10.
Speaking
at the event, Primate Ayodele said he is so passionate about the
activities of journalists, saying they are working with maximum risks to
enable those that aren't closed to goverments have adequate knowledge
of what is going on in the society.
He
explained that doing all this doesn't mean he have a lot but was so
passionate in serving humanity. "I don't have any company, neither
anything providing money for me secretly. I like empower
less-priviledges out of little receiving as gifts from people.
"I
have never been in a payroll of any goverment but I do everything in
accordance with the way I was sent by God. This humanitarian services, I
pledged will continue as long as I live on Earth.
"Am
still praying to God to uplift me more so that I can, even building a
low cost houses to the less-priviledges in the society," the man of God
said.
Apart
from the Journalists, other beneficiaries smiled home with tricycles,
popularly known as ' Keke Marwa', education scholarships, trips to Jerusalem
and Mecca, trips to foreign country for health matters and employment in
governmenta parastatal.
Other beneficiaries, apart from receiving food materials, also got relieved from accomodation problems.
The
man of God appealed to Nigerian leaders to take empowerment and
humanitarian services so seriously, saying is part of the measures that
can eradicate crime and other social vices in the country.
