Prudence As Founder Subomi Balogun stocks-up FCMB Share

Details available to societynow.ng have it that Otunba Subomi Balogun has been mopping up the shares of First City Monument Bank.

Balogun is the founder of the bank better known as FCMB.

Added information available revealed that the respected stockbroker spent the last days of December 2020 acquiring more shares in FCMB through the secondary market.

According to a report on the development monitored by socieynow.ng on thenationonline.net the deals that have increased the shares of Otunba Balogun in FCMB involves “more than 5.12 million ordinary shares of 50 kobo each.”

The further information obtained by societynow.ng from the report also revealed that the “prices for the deal ranged between N3.0154 and N2.9674, with an average price of N2.9925.”

The deal that further cements Balogun’s status as a master of his craft and tightens his hold on FCMB has sparked off talks in the financial industry.
