Any nation and state without security control is doomed for anarchy, this is the real reason people are now living with untold fears and anxieties Aftermath #Endsars police protest recently experienced.
Lagosians have appealed to authorities concern to come to their rescue as dare devil armed hoodlums have in the past few days, placed Lagos State under seige, overwhelming the police as they robbed and maimed residents with reckless abadonment.

TheCaveat.info can authoritatively report that during the past five days in questions, no fewer than 25 criminal cases, ranging from attack on Bullion van to vehicles snatching were witnessed by helpless residents and visitors who now sleep with one eye open. 

Investigations by TheCaveat.info revealed that in Ajah and Lekki axis of the state, no fewer than  six major crimes such as the  attack on a Bullion van around Benco supermarket,  clashes between rival cult groups were recorded in the state. 

In Ajegunle area of Ketu - Mile 12, at least, efforts of the police in this placed yeilded fruits as  attempts by hoodlums to breach peace on three occasions during the days were nipped in the bud by the police led by the Divisional Police Officer, DPO, Mr Emmanuel Adeeuyi.  

While Adewuyi efforts paid up , the police in Mushin and Fagba in Iju are having hectic time as no fewer than 20 vehicles, 15 shops were either robbed or  vandalized. 

Commenting on the development, an Egbeda based resident, Mr Samson Ojo said Police are Now helpless because the  psyche and morale of the average policeman in the state have been traumatized.

He said this is following last month invasion of police stations in the state by hoodlums who hijacked the #EndSARS peaceful protest in the state and other states in the country. 

"A good number of policemen in Lagos have actually not come out of their hidings after that sordid encounter with the bad boys" said a resident. 

It would be recalled that no fewer than six persons including policemen were killed by hoodlums who destroyed 15 police stations in the hijacked protest of last month.

A landlord who pleaded anonymity at Ile-Epo area of Oke-Odo, a commercial side of Alimosho Local Government Area, said the  residents of Pleasure, Ile - Epo, U-- Turn and Abule - Egba now live in fear as " no one knows who would be next victim". 

Contacted for comments, the state police spokesman, Mr Olumuyiwa Adejobi, a Superitendent of Police, SP,  did not reply a message sent to his Whatsaap line.
